Executing Strategy and Visualization Design for Instruction of Soft PLC System

Abstract


Soft Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technology has become a hot topic because of its flexible development, open architecture, high cost-effectiveness, easy linking to networks, portability, and convenient programming. Soft PLC technology is currently widely used in industry control systems. This study briefly introduced the Soft PLC system initially developed by our team. Then, the static model of the instruction system was designed and the visualization algorithms of logic instructions were presented. Furthermore, data association techniques between different subsystems were investigated. The operation and management mechanisms of the instructions were also presented. Finally, the implementation platform and final indices of executing the strategy and visualization are discussed in detail.
