Abstract

The long-term disunity of the technical specifications of graphic spectrum leads to the random generation of graphical spectrum or no generation of the on-line monitoring device manufacturers. The privatization of the transmission protocols makes the acquisition of graphical spectrum resources dependent on artificial copying. It is not only tedious, but also can not be displayed and analyzed with a unified tool after obtaining the graph spectrum, thus making a waste of resources. The construction of the main station system for on-line monitoring and transformation of transmission and transformation equipment promotes the standardization of graphic spectrum. Based on the standard of IEC61850 system, the graphic spectrum intelligent operation and maintenance is based on a series of specifications, such as the naming, content and transmission of graphic spectrum. All the on-line monitoring devices in the station are modeled and the SCD model files are generated at the substation end. The main station automatically accepts the SCD model and introduces the system. According to the model and configuration information, it collects, stores and displays the sub station graphical spectrum, and shares the graphical spectrum resources by publishing or opening the limited database access rights byWeb.
