Research on Customer Satisfaction of Internet Finance: Take Ant Fortune as an Example
Abstract
With the vigorous implementation and development of "Internet +", the Internet finance industry has achieved a series of remarkable achievements. At present, the researches are focused on the risks, development prospect, operation mechanism and challenges of Internet finance, and there are few researches on the customer satisfaction of Internet financial platform. Ant Fortune is the research object. The research uses the questionnaire method, interview method and SPSS software tool for research data collection and analysis. The research shows that safety, interactivity and product category have an important influence on customer satisfaction. Finally, according to the results of analysis, Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the customer satisfaction.
