Implementation Path of New Retail of Power Grid Enterprise Based on Customer Perception
Abstract
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of "new retail" mode in power grid companies, analyzes the current situation, from different dimensions such as the determination of objectives, business hall re molding, designs the specific implementation path of "new retail" in power grid companies. This paper can provide reference support for grid enterprises to develop new retail business.
