Research on the Optimization of the Training Path of Applied Innovative Talents in Local Colleges—Base on Empirical Analysis of Learning Result of Innovative Experimental Class in G University
Abstract
How to strengthen the cultivation of applied innovative talents is the main problems in the educational reform of local colleges. This paper takes G universities as an example, based on the empirical research on the learning result of innovative experimental class students, to find out the problems and improvement points in the training of applied innovative talents by measuring and analyzing indicators of learning engagement, school support and learning result, and put forward the corresponding optimization proposal. It provides ideas and directions for deepening the reform of applied innovative talents training in colleges.
