Research Advances of Low Oxygen Training Stimulus to Individual’s Certain Physiological Indices
Abstract
The low oxygen training (LOT) was characterized by improving exercise capacities, enhancing cardiovascular functional performances due to the stimulus of insufficient oxygen and a series of physiological adaptions post-LOT. However, it is still unclear of the detailed research advances and potential new study hotspot. In the current study, we hackled the regulatory effects of LOT stimulus on individual’s certain physiological performances and elaborated intrinsic mechanisms by focusing on changes of physiology and biochemistry with literature consultation, thereby exploring new study spot.
