In order to explore the risk factors of intraductal lesions in patients without pathological nipple discharge. Retrospective analysis of the clinical and pathological data of the 350 Intraductal lesion cases that had underwent breast surgery in the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from April 2015 to November 2018. There were 216 patients with unilateral lesions and 67 patients with bilateral lesions. This study included133 cases with pathological nipple discharge (PND) and 217 cases without nipple discharge (non-PND). The composition ratio of different pathological types was analyzed between the group with PND and the group without PND. 217 non-PND intraductal lesion cases with full clinicopathological information were chosen for further analysis. In order to analyze the relative risk factors of intraductal lesion in patients without PND, clinical parameters were evaluated by Chi-Square test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Age≤50 years old (OR, 0.218; 95% CI, -3.038- -0.011) and BIRADS grade≤3 (OR, 0.021; 95% CI, -5.192- -2.527) are the protective factor of intraductal lesions. Single nodule (OR, 16.461; 95% CI, 1.948-3.655) is the relative risk factor of intraductal lesions.
