To investigate the effect and safety of inferior vena cava filter (VCF) implantation in the prevention of secondary pulmonary embolism (DVT) of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods: To observe 225 patients received VCF implantation combined with thrombolytic therapy, the clinical efficacy and complications of simple catheter directed thrombolysis and systemic thrombolysis in treatment of patients with DVT incidence, and monitoring of oxygen saturation (Sp O2) and arterial oxygen pressure (Pa, O2) were
secondary pulmonary embolism (PE) and the occurrence of recurrent thrombosis after treatment. Results: the difference of peripheral circumference between healthy and disabled group was significantly reduced after combined treatment and catheter thrombolysis (P< 0.05). There were 5 cases of hematuria, 4 cases of hemoptysis and 2 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding in systemic thrombolysis group, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion: VCF implantation can effectively improve the efficacy and safety of DVT, and it has important clinical value.
