Optimization of Situ Thermosensitive Hydrogel System for Intranasal Delivery
Abstract
Based on the physiological temperature of nasal cavity, the final hydrogel formulations and preparation method were determined. The screening matrix of thermosensitive hydrogel includes single factor, orthogonal design method and rheological properties. The results showed that the most suitable formulas were 19% P407 + 1.5% P188 + 8% HP-β-CD + 1.5% GCS and 19% P407 + 2% P188 + 8% HP-β-CD + 1.5% GCS. This situ thermosensitive hydrogel system can be used for intranasal delivery to treat CNS diseases.
