Earthquake Early Warning Technology and Design Method of Seismic Refuge Space for Tall Residential Building
Abstract
This paper analyzing the difficulty of accurately predicting earthquakes as well as the complexity of building seismic problems, consider that under the current level of science and technology conditions, development of the Earthquake Early Warning and designed Seismic Refuge Shelter in the building are effective ways to reduce casualties in the earthquake. Discusses the information associated with the Earthquake Early Warning technology acquisition, transfer and processing problems. Put forward technical requirements of design seismic refuge shelter for tall residential building, pointing out the urgency of improving the construction of legal and technical standards.
