A Discretization Process of Generalized Manufacturing Space for Machine Tool

Abstract


A discretization process for generalized manufacturing space of machine tool is proposed with the SABRE750-ERH CNC vertical machining center as the research object. The discretization process is based on the passive equivalent discretization method, and select the discretization points according to the machine axis parameters, and further optimize the discrete motion vector path, which provides a directional guidance and quantitative basis for the subsequent theoretical research and experimental process, and has reference significance for the research process of the similar machine tools.
