Research on the QoS Control Technology Based on Terminal

Abstract


This paper studies the QoS control technology based on terminal, congestion control. Through the analysis and compare of the characteristics of various control method, it is emphatically introduced the control scheme of hybird rate control which can promote the quality of multimedia data.
