Vibration Simulation Analysis of the Lightweight Carborne Controller

Abstract


It has illustrated vibration conditions of rail transit on-board equipment and introduced theoretical basis to random vibration. Taking carborne controller as an example, it conducts light weight improvement design and adopts finite element simulation analysis method to simulate the actual working conditions. It has conducted modal and random vibration analysis for the improved design, has confirmed the feasibility of the improvement design according to the analysis result, verified the design through test and achieved lightweight improvement objective.
