Identification for Speed of Vehicle and Its Uncertainty Analysis of Road Traffic Accident by Momentum Method

Abstract


For vehicle collision on road traffic accident, this paper establishes a mathematical model for calculating the driving speed of the vehicle with the momentum method, applies the uncertainty theory, analyzes the influence of the uncertainty of the accident parameters on the speed calculation result, and gives the evaluation method of the speed uncertainty of the accident vehicle, and then determines the reasonable range of the speed of vehicle. The analysis of a practical case proves that this method is feasible.
