Integrated Emergency Monitoring System in Krasnoyarsk Region

Abstract


We have developed the monitoring system for the early emergency situations alarm. The system includes data warehouse, OLAP tools, web tools and the geographic information subsystem. Technology integration allows collecting, analyzing, storing and providing different kinds of data for quick automatic identification of risks and threats.
