In the process of our health care system reform further, in order to meet the growing demand of hospital management, applying the concept of ERP to the hospital operations management to realize the effective management of hospital operations as the goal. Using the independence axiom to design ERP system of hospital operations management in the function reduce the complexity of the design and improve the operational process of hospital operations management and improve the level of hospital operations management. It is the powerful guarantee to realize the hospital strategy.
