Social-Economic-Environmental Benefit Evaluation of Smart Grid Based on ANP-Fuzzy Methods
Abstract
With China entering the era of total carbon emissions, smart grid has become one of the important tools of solving the contradiction between supply and demand of electric power in China, improving the efficiency of electric power transmission and distribution, and accommodating new energy. The operation of smart grid can produce Social-Economic-Environmental benefit. This paper constructs the Social-Economic-Environmental benefit evaluation index system of smart grid, and adopts the ANP and Fuzzy methods to evaluate the Social-Economic-Environmental benefits of China’s smart grid.
