Risk Decision-Making Based on Cloud Theory and Prospect Theory for Conditional Maintenance of Power Transformer
Abstract
Aiming to solve the problem of the commonly used natural language type to evaluate information, the risk of decision-making for transformer state based on cloud theory and prospect theory is suggested whose comprehensive evaluation index is composed of technique index, economic index and safety index. TOPSIS is used to obtain the positive (negative) ideal scheme as its reference and the positive (negative) correlation coefficient matrix was established by grey correlation analysis. Case study verifies its feasibility and effectiveness and shows its higher sensitivity.
