Prediction of ZJ17 Equipment Maintenance Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract


This paper presents a prediction method of equipment maintenance based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. According to equipment fault data and comprehensive indicators, the degradation trend of equipment is identified, maintenance strategies will be given and attached with the location of equipment that need to be disposed. Through this method, the number of maintenance in half year is 8.33% lower than that in the same period of the previous year, the average maintenance efficiency is increased by 11%, and the number of failures is reduced by 17%.
