Dynamics Simulation Analysis and Optimal Design of the Boom System of a Concrete Pump Truck

Abstract


In order to improve the smoothness of the movement process of the arm system, this paper adopts Modelica multi-domain modeling simulation technology based on MWorks platform to analyze and improve the boom system of a concrete pump. Firstly, the mechanical rigid-flexible coupling model and hydraulic model of the arm system of a concrete pump truck are built; in order to study the influencing factors of the arm movement smoothness, stiffness and damping of hydraulic system under the joint arm linkage condition in the arm system are simulated and analyzed; finally, the corresponding optimization and improvement scheme is put forward according to the simulation results. The experimental results show that compared with the original system, the proposed improvement scheme significantly improves the smoothness, which provides theoretical basis and technical support for product improvement.
