This article directs at the peculiar properties of part-time graduate students, discusses the implementation system that perfects and optimizes the ideological and political education for part-time graduate students, proposes a new perspective of viewing the ideological and political education for part-time graduate students as an organized system that applies an integrated governance structure, and penetrates the ideological and political education throughout the education and management process, therefore achieving the goal of elevating the level of ideological and political education for part-time graduate students.
