College Student’s Research on the Training Mode of Innovation Ability for Independent College of Guangdong Province

Abstract

The cultivation of College Students’ innovative ability is the core of the teaching reform of independent colleges and the need of the all-round development of college students. This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the independent college students’ innovation ability, the ways and methods of Cultivating College Students’ innovation ability are studied. We must establish the school enterprise union “produce study research use†personnel training mechanism, developing the teaching system of innovation ability, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, establish innovative practice platform, and focus on training and improving students' practical innovation ability.
