The Compared Study of Competitiveness of Electron Industry Clusters: Case of Wuhan, Shanghai and Guangzhou

Abstract


With electronic information product manufacturing in the world transferring to China, the electron industrial clusters have become the main form, of which regional economy gain competitive advantages. So we selected Wuhan, Shanghai and Guangzhou as samples. Then we figured out electron industrial clusters’ competitiveness score of the three cities, using the GEM model. At the same time, we systematically analyzed electron industry clusters of Wuhan Optical Valley from the advantages and disadvantages of the six aspects.
