Bond Graph Analyses on the Hydraulic Drive System of S-DOF Swing Mechanism System
Abstract
For the nonlinear modeling of a symmetrical servo valve synchronous controlling two differential asymmetric hydraulic cylinders in the S-DOF swing mechanism system, this paper establishes the bond graph model of the hydraulic system by the 20- sim software. The aim is to solve the problem that the transfer function or the state space equation can’t fully describe the non-linear and the implied properties of hydraulic servo system. The results of simulation show the bond graph model has the characteristics of convenient and intuitive, and can accurately describe the dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic system, which provides a useful help for the further analysis and design of the system.
