Research on the Double-Stator Cup-Shaped Motor with Low Inertia
Abstract
Double-stator cup-rotor motor is a special kind of structure. It has many advantages such as simple structure, high mechanical reliability, high energy density and good starting performance. At the same time, the small, fast response speed and the good control performance of the rotor moment of inertia are also its advantages. The motor, in this article, uses the equivalent magnetic circuit method and finite element method to calculate the performance of the double-stator cup-rotor motor in the electromagnetic field in depth analysis and experimental verification, and the influence of the magnetic permeability on the mechanical properties of the rotor material is analyzed, which has important practical significance and theoretical value.
