System Design of Ultrasonic Heat Meter Parameters Indicator

Abstract


The traditional heat meter precision is low, its service life is short, and its installation is complex, thus it cannot meet the needs. Because of the aforementioned defects, urban heating system must be reformed from the original area of measurement charges into the actual consumption of heat charges in order to save energy. And the purpose of this study is to realize the data acquisition and processing of ultrasonic heat meter through the Kingview software and Modbus protocol, and form the ultrasonic heat meter data transmitted to the computer through RS485 communication module. The data acquisition system is established based on MODBUS communication protocol in Kingview software platform. This paper mainly discusses the software design method of the indicator from following aspects: Kingview set equipment serial communication parameter, equipment manufacturers, name, communication configuration, a detailed explanation of the ultrasonic heat meter function parameters and configuration of variable names, types, registers, data types and read-write property correspondences. And through realizing the ultrasonic heat meter with multiple parameters of the centralized management and visual operating interface, it forms a remote monitoring system.
