A Joint NonData-Aided Synchronization Algorithm for MSK Signal
Abstract
In this paper, a novel method for estimating both symbol timing and carrier frequency offset is presented. Because of its non-data-aided style and low complexity characteristic, such method facilitates the digital implementation at the receiver side. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm has superior performance at low signal-to-noise ratio, so it is comparatively robust with Gaussian noise.
