Factors, including OPEC production, global economic development, production costs, unexpected political events oil-producing countries, economic crises, natural environmental changes, and so is the system elements. The relationship between the various factors is the relationship between the elements. This relationship determines the structure of the system, that is, oil prices rise and fall.
