Research on the Mechanism of Ecological Resources Impoverishment

Abstract

Two kinds of mechanism may be applied to explain the ecological resource impoverishment and crisis. One is the domestic mechanism which plays function through four important indexes. Those indexes include income level, technological progress, Ecological resource product prices ，
property right of ecological resource. The second is the international mechanism which comes into being by three important indexes including the exchange rate, customs and foreign direct investment. Finally, two types of policy, including land protection policy, trade intervention, influence the process of ecological resource impoverishment by impacting the price of the resource product, profits and factor prices.
