This article analyzes the policy financial institution’s financial supporting effects and status to Yunnan enterprises and the status of Yunnan small and micro enterprises, Yunnan special agriculture and so on through researching how the policy financial institution supporting Yunnan enterprises going out to find the problems and reasons during the process of the policy financial institution supporting Yunnan enterprises going out and put forward proposes of the policy-related financing Yunnan enterprises to go out under the One Belt and One Road.
