Study on Marine Ecological Compensation Standard Based on Material Flow Analysis

Abstract

The pace of human development and utilization of marine resources has been accelerated. Marine ecological problems have become increasingly prominent, and the marine ecological compensation mechanism needs to be improved. This paper makes a research on the applicability of material flow analysis in marine ecological compensation, and this paper discusses the accounting method of ecological compensation standard. This paper puts forward four policy suggestions to improve the marine ecological compensation mechanism in china.The purpose is to provide reference for the construction of marine ecological compensation in china.
