Research on Evaluation Index System for Partner Selection of O2O Automotive Service Alliance
Abstract
To help on-line vehicle after-sale service platforms choose offline service providers, this paper introduced the O2O evaluation index into the traditional evaluation index system. We judged the weight of each evaluation index with the analytic hierarchy process. Then we used the mixed weighted model to construct the evaluation model of service providers. Finally we established a set of evaluation system about the O2O car alliance service partners which is superior to the traditional one. With the increasing of car ownership in China, automotive aftermarket is also showing a thriving scene. However, the information asymmetry of auto after-sales service needs and service resources leads that the service needs are difficult to get satisfaction timely and effectively. And most service resources are not being effectively utilized. In recent years, O2O model is widely used in the automotive service industry and has made a greater contribution for the establishment of online and offline integration of operating system. And the Service Alliance mode has changed the traditional offline service providers’ single-point combat mode, which improving the overall utilization of service resources. Therefore, automobile service alliance based on O2O model becomes the ideal model of auto after-sales market.
