Proliferation Inhibition Effect of Two Kinds of Surfactants on Cells
Abstract
Proliferation inhibition effect of may be occurred of the use of amphoteric surfactants. Four alkyl dimethyl propyl sulphobetaines, three alkyls trimethyl ammonium chloride on CCC-ESF-1 cells, HeCat cells and CHO cells is assayed by MTT. The results indicated that the cytotoxicity of chemicals on the cells above gradually becomes larger with their concentration increased with increasing concentration. Cytotoxicity of alkyl dimethyl propyl sulphobetaines is lower than that of alkyls trimethyl ammonium chloride.
