Compromise and Breakthrough: Path Choice of Reform on Judge Salary Mechanism in China

Abstract

With the reform of the judicial system, especially the deepening of the reform of the category system, the judge’s salary growth rate and specific system have already attracted the attention of the academic and judicial circles. This paper takes the salary system of Chinese judges as the object of study, probes into the path of judge’s salary increase from the angle of political economy, and finally puts forward some reform measures for the lack of wage market competition judge remedial measures from macroscopical and microcosmic two respects.
