Research on the Key Influencing Factors of Opening and Sharing Based on Science and Technology Resource

Abstract

During the using process of science and technology resources, openness and sharing are two crucial conditions. The question that how to conclude the key factors of opening and sharing and the examination about the impacts on ways that how the opening and sharing are realized, have become the research’s concentration in the field of science and technology resources. Based on the research objects, setting that the influencing factors are the moderating variable, the model thus is constructed to assess the effects on the opening and sharing. Research results show that there is an evident positive relationship between the management systems, capital guarantee, talent management, interest-driving, network technology and science and technology resource opening and sharing. On the basis of results, related policies and suggestions are put forward to further spread of science and technology resource opening and sharing.
