Fostering the Quality of Scientific Research and Promoting the Evaluation System of the Professional title in Universities

Abstract

It is of great importance to foster the evaluation and employment of professional title in universities, which will in turn promote the professional development of professional and technical personnel in colleges and universities. Besides being “the music directors stickâ€, positive evaluation system plays a strong guiding role for the development of higher education. It is also the major concern of teachers in colleges and universities. The evaluation system of professional and technical personnel in Chinese colleges and universities is greatly different from foreign universities. This paper mainly studies the current system in domestic universities.
