Analysis of Factors Affecting the Safety Awareness of Hotel Employees

Abstract

As one of the main reception units of tourism, hotels are the most typical service industries. Service is an important part of hotel products, and the direct producer of services is the hotel staff. The safety of the hotel staff plays a vital role in improving the production efficiency of the hotel. From the perspective of hotel staff, this paper investigated the influencing factors of hotel staff's safety awareness through visits, questionnaires and literature review. The results of this study have a certain reference value for the safety management of the hotel and the staff safety training mechanism.
