Analysis on the Causes of Poor Psychological Quality of College Graduate Student Cadres based on Questionnaire Survey

Abstract


College graduate student cadres are the key majority of graduate students. The level of their psychological quality determines the overall quality of college graduate students. Through the analysis of the questionnaire, we found that the college graduate student cadres have poor psychological quality, and analyzed the causes of it.
