"The construction of teachers' professional development community Internet plus" form, the development of Internet and professional teachers in the depth of integration, is the inevitable trend of professional development of teachers. In the "Internet plus" background, mode of construction of teachers' professional development community is mainly based on the monographic study of interactive exploration, based on classroom teaching case, network training based on collaborative school-based research network and collaborative learning based on network. We should build the sustainable development of teachers' professional development community through the strategy of Internet sharing cognition, Internet element organization, expert guidance and Internet access.
