Based on the "Internet plus" under the Background of College Foreign Language Teachers' Professional Development of the Community

Corresponding author is optional.with the development of Internet technology in China, more and more teachers in colleges and universities in China began to rely on the network to carry out teaching, trying to build a fair, free, democratic, relaxed learning environment, and then the tacit knowledge of the inheritance of full play. The construction of this new learning community has made the English course of higher education in our country better developed. "The construction of teachers' professional development community Internet plus" form, the development of Internet and professional teachers in the depth of integration, is the inevitable trend of professional development of teachers. In the "Internet plus" background, mode of construction of teachers' professional development community is mainly based on the monographic study of interactive exploration, based on classroom teaching case, network training based on collaborative school-based research network and collaborative learning based on network. We should build the sustainable development of teachers' professional development community through the strategy of Internet sharing cognition, Internet element organization, expert guidance and Internet access.
