Research on How to Shorten the Delivery Period of Customized Products on Advanced Selling Model
Abstract
With the gradual expansion of online shopping market share, pre-sale model has become an important way of network marketing. Pre-sale model mostly for two-phase sales, sales of fixed-production. In this mode, the product delivery period is too long, reducing customer satisfaction. This article analyzes the characteristics of the pre-sale of customized products, and proposes that the manufacturer should select the time point during the pre-sale period for production arrangement in order to effectively shorten the delivery period.
