Research on Factors Influencing Use Satisfaction of Mei Pai APP

Abstract


User satisfaction is essential for every enterprise, always a hot spot of research by scholars at home and abroad. As an APP popular in current young people, short video APP is researched rarely, however. Based on previous research literature, by referencing user satisfaction model at home and abroad to construct user satisfaction model of Mei Pai APP, the paper conducted empirical research on factors influencing user satisfaction of Mei Pai APP. By combining result of the research, suggestions were proposed for Mei Pai APP such as improving interactive experience by using stars to attract stream, building a female fashion short video community, creating “short video social intercourse†with user producing content as core, making clear product positioning, etc.
