Research on Human Resource Management of Enhancing Core Competence in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Now that we are in the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources management needs a good foundation for human resource management if it wants to be effectively guaranteed. The core competitiveness of colleges and universities is precisely the human resources management is inextricably linked, the core competitiveness of colleges and universities is also an important source of talent, and human resources management is to make colleges and universities to enhance a core competitiveness of a key [1]. Therefore, we should improve the management model of colleges and universities, running school philosophy, in order to maximize the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes the importance of improving the university's core competitiveness to the society and analyzes the status of human resources in colleges and universities based on the current status quo. Finally, some corresponding measures are putting forward.
