Management Mechanism Design of Oil Well Economic Benefit in Oilfield A

Abstract

In recent years, there is a continuing slowdown in international crude oil price. Many domestic old oilfields are facing with challenges of poor quality resources, high running cost, and declined economic benefit after decades’ years of development, such as Oilfield A. As traditional industry and state-owned enterprise, it is inevitable choice for Oilfield A to enhance economic benefit that to improve management efficiency and innovate supervisor mode. The thesis focuses on the benefit concept, analyzes current management situation in Oilfield A, aims at improving management efficiency and enhancing economic benefit, and designs management mechanism of oil well economic benefit, which follows the production regularities of oil well and meets the management demands of petroleum enterprise. By establishing mechanisms of organizational management, systematic management and process management, management of oil well economic benefit in Oilfield A can be insured orderly and effectively.
