The Public Problem of Guiyang Flower Orchard Community from the Perspective of Social Governance

Abstract

Social governance is a concept and mode innovation for the traditional social management, and helps to promote the fundamental transformation of the traditional social management system of the traditional government centered traditional social management system to the multi center co management and the pluralistic governance subject.
