Research and Design of Internet of Vehicles Platform Supporting Multi-Operator Charging Interconnection

Abstract


According to the current situation that domestic electric vehicle(EV) charging services thrive, while the charging services cannot be shared, this paper analyzes the requirements of various subjects in the charging network, designs aInternet Of Vehicles(IOV) platform that supports the interconnection and interoperability between multiple operators in an open charging market, and describes the structure and system functions of that platform, helping to create an effective way to make EV charging more convenient than refueling.
