Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Kindergarten Development in Dazhou City

Abstract


With the full implementation of the national two-child policy, kindergartens in the urban areas of Dazhou City are also facing more and more opportunities. However, the existing kindergartens still have a lot of room for improvement in terms of the concept of running a school, the characteristics of running a school, the management mode and the ability to resist risks. Finding the right positioning, consolidating the characteristics, building an efficient management team and using various measures to improve the ability to resist risks is a powerful guarantee for the development of kindergartens in Dazhou.
