Study on the Spatial Allocation of Rural Human Resources under the Background of Aging-Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

Abstract

This paper uses the coupling degree and coordination model to study the spatial allocation of rural human resources in Jiangxi Province. The result indicates that The aging trend is significantly different between different regions of Jiangxi province from 2000 to 2010. As the time goes, the aging problem in Jiangxi province has increased. Meanwhile, the serious agricultural labor loss and the increasing pressure of per capita arable land result the increasing mismatch between human resources and cultivated land resources which become an important factor restricting the agricultural development of Jiangxi Province.
