Research and Exploration of Equipment Management System in Hybrid Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract


Through in-depth analysis and discussion of the existing problems in equipment management of hybrid manufacturing enterprises, this paper creatively put forward the concept of TiPM (full-time intelligent production and maintenance), and constructed an equipment management system suitable for hybrid process enterprises. The implementation of TiPM-based information system will significantly improve the current situation of equipment management in hybrid manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile the comprehensive efficiency of equipment will be improved, and the cost of ownership and failure rate of equipment in the whole life cycle will be reduced. Furthermore it will support the construction of smart factories.
