Research on the Instruction of Regional Innovation Ecosystem Based on Actor-network Theory

Abstract

This paper analyzes the composition and translation process of the innovation ecosystem actor-network using the case analysis method and taking the case of Zhongguancun science Park as an example based on the Actor-network Theory. It is pointed out that the government is the core actor in the formation and development stage of the innovation ecosystem of Zhongguancun. By taking the "scientific and technological innovation" as the obligatory points of passage the government improves the availability of the various actors to build a stable innovation ecosystem actor-network effectively.
