Investigation and Analysis of Unconventional Management Assistant of Postgraduate in Universities—Taking BeiHang University as an Example
Abstract
This paper introduces the background of unconventional postgraduate assistants, investigates and analyzes the status quo of postgraduate assistants from four aspects, which are motivation, positioning, salary, and training. According to the survey results, the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three aspects, which are improving training functions, optimizing salaries and establishing an evaluation system.
